  • You can make a paste by adding rose water and raw milk to it.
  • If you have dry skin, use milk cream.

  • Chickpea powder can be mixed with turmeric, neem powder, and sandalwood powder and cucumber juice to make a paste.
  • Both neem and turmeric have antiseptic properties and will keep your skin clear of acne while sandalwood powder and cucumber juice cool the skin, and chickpea powder cleans up the grime and dead skin cells.

Oats Ubtan

  • Another variation of ubtan is mixing oatmeal powder, with turmeric and orange peel powder.
  • Oats and orange peel powder act as an exfoliator and brighten the skin.
  • Turmeric is antibacterial and protects skin from blemishes.
  • This mixture can be used with rose water, yoghurt, cucumber juice, raw milk or tomato juice.
